Can I change or modify my order after placing it?

Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to modify or adjust it. This includes changes to items, sizes, colors, or quantities. If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original purchase for a refund and placing a new order for the preferred item(s).

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you realize you have made a mistake, please contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address. Once your order has been processed for shipping, we may no longer be able to make changes.

Why did I not receive an order confirmation or shipping notification email?

It is also possible that your email provider’s security settings are blocking our messages. We recommend adding our domain to your safe senders list to ensure you receive all communications regarding your order.

Each product page includes a detailed size guide to help you find the right fit. We also provide measurements and information about the size worn by the model for reference. If you are still unsure, our customer support team is always available to answer any questions regarding measurements and fitting.

Are the colors and measurements shown online accurate?

We take great care to ensure that our photography, descriptions, and product details are as accurate as possible. However, please note that slight variations in measurements, color, and texture may occur due to different screen displays and manufacturing processes.


Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed on business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information.

How can I track my order?

A shipping confirmation email with tracking details is sent once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers are generated when your shipping label is created. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Can I specify a delivery date or time?

We are unable to accommodate specific delivery date or time requests at checkout. Delivery is handled by our shipping partners, and the estimated arrival window is provided for reference only.

What if my package does not arrive?

If your package has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe after the estimated delivery window, please allow additional time for the carrier to complete delivery. If your order still has not been delivered, please contact our support team for assistance.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on items that are in new, unused condition with all original tags still attached. Certain categories, such as undergarments and swimwear, are non-returnable due to hygiene policies. Returned items must be sent back by mail.

How do I initiate a return?

Returns can be processed through our designated returns portal. Please follow the instructions provided to complete your return submission. All return submissions are reviewed for approval.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or color, we ask that you return your original purchase for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s).

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your returned package is received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed. Refunds are issued on business days only. Please allow a reasonable processing period for the refund to appear in your account.

Can I return items purchased from other retailers?

We only accept returns for items purchased directly through looseapparelshop.com. Products purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.

What if an item I want is out of stock?
